Morphology notes4- to 6-colporate. Oblate to spherical to prolate in ev, circular in pv. Pore circular, non-annulate, enclosed within colpus. Colpus smooth. 60-66 x 51-60. Exine gt 4 u thick, densely covered with verrucae and gemmae up to 5 u high.
